• Positive: Bien comunicado. zonas comerciales próximas, atención del personal.
• Negative: En tres ocasiones encontramos cucarachas en el hotel, dos en el buffet del desayuno(tuvimos que pedir se retirará una bandeja de queso), una segunda vez bajo el mostrador de embutidos (nos marchamos sin terminar de desayunar) y en el hall del hotel. Es obvio que después de avisar el primer día, no se tomaron medidas de higiene al respecto.

• Positive: The water pressure, location, maid service and the price. The hotel had great facilities too. A buffet for breakfast, a restaurant, and even coffee and tea set up early in the morning with cookies.
• Negative: The heat took a day to figure out. The first night did not get warmer than 19 degrees. When the next night started the same way, I called downstairs to be told that I need to put the temperature at max and then it raised to 22 degrees. The mattress was not very cushioned, but it was ok.

• Room: 5 The mattress needs to be more comfortable. The room is painted a dark color but definitely needs to be repainted. We didn't have a window that was open. The metal cover was down, but it was fine since we didn't stay in the room. The curtain was ripped. Overall - it was fine - but these few things should be looked at.
