  • Positive: No dar ninguna paga y señal.
  • Negative: Que reservamos con tres semanas de antelación una habitación para fumadores y con cama de matrimonio y no se cumplio ninguna de ellas. Es la tercera vez que estamos en este hotel y tenemos previsto hacerlo en otras ocasiones pero esta vez estamos descontentos por este asunto. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y estabamos sudando dentro de la habitación.

  • Staff: 2.5 La chica de recepción nos prometio el cambio de habitación y no fue asi. Esta misma chica tuvo un caracter nada amable con nosotros, cuando nunca nos habia sucedido caso igual en las otras tres ocasiones que estuvimos.
