"Apreciado Sr.Lopez: en primer lugar, agradecer el tiempo que usted ha empleado para valorar nuestro hotel. Las opiniones, positivas y negativas, son muy importantes para nosotros ya que con ellas intentamos mejorar dia a dia. Lamento su malestar al no disponer de una habitación con cama matrimonio. Es cierto que usted hizo la reserva con mucha antelación, pero en ningún momento se le garantizó la habitación para dos personas en cama de matrimonio. Esto es un comentario del cliente, una preferencia, que siempre tenemos en cuenta y si es posible, así lo hacemos. Estamos en temporada alta y con ocupación alta. Las habitaciones con cama de matrimonio son las habitaciones que también son cuádruples, por lo que tienen preferencia las familias de 4 personas que sí que reservan una habitacion cuadruple. No le quepa duda que si hubiéramos tenido disponible habitaciones con cama de matrimonio, se la hubiéramos asignado. Sino lo hemos hecho, es porque no era posible.
