  • Negativo: La falta de intimidad De la Villa y tener el parque infantil justo debajo. Considero que debería estar cerca de las villas destinadas a más personas (que son las que tienen niños) y no debajo de una que es para parejas sin niños.

    "Estimado cliente, Le agradecemos en primer lugar por dedicar su tiempo en responder a nuestra encuesta de calidad, ya que para nosotros es una de las herramientas más valiosas de las que disponemos a la hora de aplicar las mejoras o correcciones oportunas para seguir en la línea de la excelencia. Nos enorgullece conocer que la gastronomía ha sido de su agrado y que en general todos los servicios han estado a la altura de sus expectativas. No obstante, lamentamos que hayan tenido que alojarse por falta de otra disponibilidad en una de las villas más cercanas al parque de los peques. Sentimos no haber podido mejorar esta situación, pero para su información y si nos vuelve a dar la oportunidad, para la próxima pida una de las villas entre la 70 y 78 que son las más alejadas y más tranquilas por favor. Una vez más, le agradecemos su confianza y colaboración y deseamos volver a recibirles en una nueva ocasión para poder estar a la altura de sus expectativas.   • Limpieza: 7,5 The floor on the villa's terraсe was not clean daily or properly
  • Situación: 10 It's quiet all around the view is fantastic (we had one to the golf course) and the top training next door is also cool since we are playing tennis

  • Habitación: 10 huge thanks to the hotel stuff that me got the villa which we requested (maybe even better). The only tiny thing I'd like to mention is the lack of cotton buds in the bathroom and maybe a hair-conditioner, but the cosmetics are in general very good

  • Positivo: The villa was spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff were also very quick to respond when we had problems with the patio door and problems with the safe (our fault).

En cuanto al servicio de habitaciones, comentarle que estamos en proceso de mejora del mismo actualemente, ya que somos conscientes de que hay detalles que podrían hacer del servicio más excelente.
