• Positive: The familiarity as this was our 10TH visit!
• Negative: As stated above this was our 10TH visit but although the Reception staff are very friendly and efficient they still treat you like you've never been before! There is absolutely no recognition whatsoever of the fact that we are regular visitors and indeed the amount of money over the years that has been spent there. There should be something on the Hotels' database with this sort of information so that we at least got a "welcome back"!! On previous trips we had got chocolates every night (we didn't on this trip) but some guests did - why??
