• Positive: the very friendly members of staff ,eva on the reception was very helpful, the food was excellent and the hotel was very clean one of the best we have stayed in and we have travelled all over the world so well done
• Negative: on the first few nights we saw a rat near the restaurant and informed a member of staff we did see it on a couple of times more

• Positive: The friendliness and efficiency of the staff and the wonderful general atmosphere in the hotel which I consider to be very well run. Congratulations to the management and staff.
• Negative: The fact that there is no grab handle on the wall in the bath. I think this is essential. The bath mats are too small. It is a pity that once the dining room doors are closed it is a longish walk for someone with limited mobility to walk around. Also at night it is very dark around the bed and there should be a light in that position. The revolving doors go too fast and I did have a bad fall on exit. Its a shame that there is no lift from the poor to the terrace. I appreciate that this may be difficult but would be easier for those with mobility issues like myself
