• Propreté: 5 poor house keeping . never collected towels . no sweeping under beds or furniture.
• Situation: 5 nice walk for best beach
• Installations et services: 5 the bar staff in el boulevard disappear every now and then and its difficult to get served

• Tranquillité: 5 noise can be heard but not too sure if its from resort or outside after 12am

• Propreté: 10 Complesx very clean and all public areas were very well maintained
• Situation: 10 Close to the bars, restaurants and the beach

• Personnel: 10 all staff friendly and courteous
• Tranquillité: 10 Even though the complex was full there was no noise around
• Chambre: 10 Clean and spacious

• Négatif: The time to check in was not satisfactory, there were 3 families in total and took up to 1 hour, also asked the hotel to print my boarding passes, not happy with a charge of 1.50 euro per person, after spending in excess of 1000 euros surely this would be done as basic customer service, to charge 7.50 for 5 prints is daylight robbery. Also they really need to invest in pool heating, even if they heat just one of the many pools to save on cost, I only managed to get in the pool once and never again, this did ruin the holiday for all my family.

• Propreté: 10 The staff are always working hard around the resort cleaning.
• Situation: 10 Very good location.

• Personnel: 10 This is our 3rd visit, unfortunately we had to come home after 1 day due to a family bereavement but the staff were extremely helpful and reimbursed all the money except the two days we had used the room.
• Tranquillité: 7,5 One side has pools where it is a bit noisier (but not too Loud) near the bar and the other side is a lot quieter.
• Chambre: 7,5 Quite spacious and suitable for the short time we spend in it
• Relation qualité-prix: 10 It is about the cheapest place we can find and we are pleased enough that we have returned 3 years running for that reason
