It was in 1690, in the ancient spa town of Lacaune on the banks of the Tarn, Aveyron and Hérault, that the story of the Fusiès family's coaching inn began. Several generations of hoteliers have succeeded one another in the majestic mansion located in the heart of the town. Today, Jason Dupuy-Karrer and his entire team continue the tradition of hospitality that has made this famous local institution.

Accueil chaleureux et sympathique, très bonne literie, cuisine raffinée tout en gardant le côté traditionnel.
Les serveurs lors du dîner étaient très professionnels, souriants et attentifs aux besoins de leurs convives.
A la réception, Annick a su prendre du temps pour que nous échangions sur mon travail… Rares sont les réceptionnistes qui prennent le temps… Comme au bon vieux temps….
Je reviendrai à chaque passage sur Lacaune!!

Lieu particulier, avec beaucoup de charme et chargé d histoire, extrêmement bien conservé.
