Good hotel, great staff, awesome location. I got one of the balcony rooms, and it was nice. The A/C didn't work well, so it's a good thing it was cool enough outside to keep the balcony doors open. The room was small, which is typical in France, but it was comfortable for one person. The room was very clean and there is a daily maid service if you want it. Location is very convenient and close to the Capitol and to the river. I walked down there and along the river multiple times. Toulouse is a great town, beautiful, good people. Tons of incredible restaurants in the area. The hotel has a bar in the lobby, but I had to bug the guy at the registration desk every time I wanted a beer or drink. It was more of an inconvenience for him than it was for me...probably made me drink less. Ha. My rating would have been a 9 or 10 if it hadn't been for the A/C and the size of the room.

Hôtel was in a great location for exploring the city. Only down side was paper cups in the rooms for tea and coffee. Not what I expected for a 4 star hotel

Perfect. No fuss, no problems. Quiet except for party in the street below on Saturday night but I had checked in early and forgotten to ask if the room was quiet 🤭 Breakfast buffet is amazing though expensive. Plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby and the Gaumont Wilson for Met Live opera on some dates. I'll be back.
