• Negative: The room was chilly -- it was December. There was an extra blanket which made it fine for sleeping.

• Location: 10 Walking distance to most museums and main tourist sites.

• Staff: 5 Gentleman checking me in was fine, explained use of keys well. No extra offer of info regarding sites, transport to airport.
• Quietness: 5 My room was overlooking the Calle Gran Via so it was of course noisy from the street but I slept fine.
• Room: 7.5 The room bed was larger than the usual single, there was room to walk around:)
• Value for money: 7.5 For the convenience of the location, cleanliness and comfort, it was a very good deal.
