• Negative: I ordered a double and got a twin, I asked for white linen and got blue (and the front desk was unaware of this - even though it was blatantly under my requests section). They could've just paid attention, well, if they cared. Also, there was no parking available. I was not offered parking inside as an option. The hotel did not communicate to me that there was a chance I wouldn't get parking. The front desk just looked at me and said, "sort yourself out". And finding parking in Barcelona centre on a Friday evening is a nightmare. Took us 2 and a half hours driving circles around the hotel to find parking. You have my email to send a customer service measurement form, but not to inform me of a critical aspect of my stay - the fact that you have parking, but that space is limited and that I should book in advance.
