• Positive: The location of the hotel is very close to the Strazbourg centre.
• Negative: Even though I booked a parking place during the reservation, the hotel did not save a parking space for me. It was a huge disappointment on arrival. The breakfast is even less than basic.No hot selections are available and the quality of the food is questionable. There was a huge pile of hair on the shelf when we arrived. So much for the cleaning services. The staff were mediocre, you get an answer if you ask, but do not expect any friendly faces. Overall this is a place to avoid. There is nothing outstanding about this hotel.
