• Negativ: decia que era buffett el desayuno pero eso nada de nada. Las fotos que vi por la web estaban muy bien hechas, por que luego e hotel no era nada de otro mundo; por lo menos estaba limpio, que es practicamente lo que hicimos. El ascensor un cuchitril. Pedir la habitacion en el 2º o 1º piso por que hay que subir a pie.

• Lage: 7,5 linea directa a opera con el metro parmentier. La boca de metro esta a 50 metros del hotel, además esta al lado de la avd de la republica que es grande y por la noche no hay mal ambiente.

• Personal: 5 bueno, las encargadas de poner el desayuno un poco desagradables; te miraban un poco más si les decias que te pusieran un poco de cafe.
• Ruhe: 5 a veces se oia el metro.
• Zimmer: 5 un poco pequeña, pero estaba limpia.
• Preis-Leistungs: 5 normal solo resechar que pague 70€ con desayuno incluido, no esta nada mal, si hubiera quetenido que pagar el desayuno no pago 7E por el desayuno que te ponen ( un mini croassaint, un panecillo pequeño, un sorbito de zumo de naranja, mantequilla y mermelada, cafe y leche)

• Negativ: Have just got back from the De Nemours and all I can say that DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY LIKE WE DID!!!! I have been to Paris many times and love it and have left reviews after all my stays and I never seen a Hotel like De Nemours. The reception has been recently modernized so when you arrive the first impact is ok. When you leave the reception is like entering in another “Hotel”, Hostel I think is more suitable. Smelly carpet, dark and narrow corridors and with two suitcases I have almost killed myself. There is also an elevator which is absolutely ridiculous. It is suitable only for one person with one small suitcase, to give you an idea the size is like a sarcophagus. They gave us a disgusting room on the second floor. The room stank it had mouldy walls, smelly scraggy curtains and a dirty shower curtain. The size of the bathroom is a joke. If you want to have a shower after a long journey after 2 minute it turns into a swimming pool (water everywhere). Furthermore the toilet sits was dirty and not fixed properly. The size of the wardrobe was ridiculous you can fit only two small hand languages, and I’m talking about of double room at 100 Euros per night (no breakfast included). The day after I complained with a manager, he didn’t care much because he was aware of the room’s conditions. After 5 minutes of conversation I convinced him to give me another room. When I left he said something in French quite offensive behind my back I did not respond because I’m gentleman. The room was slightly better but we had a leaking basin which turns the bathroom into a swimming pool again. We decided not to use the basin, as a results I brushed my teeth using the showerhead. We decided after this experience to take breakfast in a nearby café’. This hotel was a nightmare I won’t go there again even for free.

• Positiv: The hotel was very convenient for local shops, bars and Metro services-we chose it for access to the Bataclan live venue. It was clean, bright and unfussy.
• Negativ: Although offered as an option and requested well in advance, the hotel was unable to offer us an early check in. It would have been useful to know this as we arrived around midday very tired from an early flight and were unable to relax in our room until 2.00 pm. Perhaps this detail could be forwarded to customers prior to their departure-we would not have raced to get there.
