• ここが気に入らなかった: 1. The receptionist without a smile. 2. Receptionist gave us a room with a small double. As we%27re not a couple I reserved two single beds. He ignored that and told me he hadn%27t any other rooms available. I showed him my confirmation with the two single beds. Finally he gave us a room with a big double and a sleepchair (which was%27nt made up). We were satisfied enough with that.

• 立地条件について: 5 Not a very interesting, but ok neighbouthood. Near the Marais which is nice.

• スタッフ: 5 Not overwhelming friendly, rather %27cold%27 service, but receptionist could have had a bad day. Reserved a room with 2 single beds. Got one with a small double bed and receptionist tried to make me believe I reserved a double. Finally solved. Got another room with big double bed instead (he was out of twins).

• 客室について: 5 Not big, but clean. View on boring street, but still ok as I only sleept in the room.

• ここが良かった: The hotel was really clean.
• ここが気に入らなかった: When we were leaving the hotel, we asked the receptionist to call us a cab ten o%27clock. He most likely called to some his friend and we got a ride with no taxi-sign, taximeter or english speaking driver. The price was 65euros, though when we arrived, a normal cab cost straight 40euros. I cannot imagine this would happen in any of so called civilized country.

• 清掃について: 10 Rooms were well cleaned every day
• 立地条件について: 7.5 Easy acces to metro-system, not too bad area
• 設備やサービスについて: 5 Tiny lift, our luggage did not fit in so I had to carry them three stores up.
• スタッフ: 2.5 Generally ok, some receptionists knew very little about service.
• 騒音について: 2.5 You could hear almost everything from the next room. No noise from outside.
• 客室について: 7.5 Room was small as always in big cities. There were no heater and the room was damn cold in the morning.
