• Staff: 10 Absolutely superb. Well trained, very professional, friendly.
• Quietness: 5 I didn't like the monotonous music round the pool and at night the outdoor music was also tedious and went on too lon
• Room: 10 First room 621 was next to the service lift which was noisy from 6am, but I was moved to another room which was perfect
• Value for money: 10 Overall I was delighted with the place and felt it was superb value for money
