• Positive: Hotel was superb. What I liked most was the fact that hotel was super tidy and clean. Everything was in top shape.

• Cleanliness: 10 This was amazing. Everything was kept very clean. And all facilities, pools... etc were all the time clean.
• Location: 10 Very good location. Plenty of good restaurants close by and near to the beach, 5 minutes from bus station. Everything is near.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Roof terrace, gym, luggage room, bar, courtyard pool etc. everything was superb. Very good sun loungers and sunshades. Breakfast is heavenly good and there are massively big variety on it. Wine tastings, jazznights... I just could go on and on. Everything has been made so that you can really enjoy your stay.
• Staff: 10 I felt that staff really cared for the hotel guests and I think that is the most important thing when you consider how hotel staff has served you. Everything was smooth and sharp.
• Quietness: 7.5 Because there are several clubs very near the hotel you cannot avoid some noises from the street but that is nothing. Balcony door keeps almost all noises outside. We had very quiet stay at the hotel. Air conditioner is quiet so that wont bother you and you really cannot hear any noises from other rooms either.
• Room: 10 Nice stylish room, bathroom and shower are exceptionally good. Size was good for us and shape was good. View from the balcony to the courtyard side is nice.
• Value for money: 10 Yes, absolutely. And more, hotel and its staff really exceeded my expectations. Really, really enjoyable stay.

• Positive: El trato tanto el personal (ya en el hotel) cuanto el online o por telefono. Las informaciones descritas en la web son 100% correcta. Todo funciona tal cual.
• Negative: El ascensor. Tiene un sisitema informatico muy confuso. Habria de simplificarlo.

• Cleanliness: 10 Impecable en todos los locales del hotel.
• Location: 10 Para aquellos que no conocen Lloret del mar. Es perfecto. Super centrico y cerca de la estación de autobuses.
• Common facilities and services: 10 El hecho de tener 2 piscinas una abajo y otra en el terrado ya es increible. Ademas ofrecenm diversos servicios para que tenga una estadía excelente (wine & Cheese; Yoga; Gym , Live Jazz, Live DJ's). El Jazz y el DJ son super adecuados para el estilo del hotel, se lo disfruta mucho.
• Staff: 10 Impecables. Son todos muy amables, atenciosos y simpre a disposición para ayudar en lo que necessites.
• Quietness: 7.5 La verdad que muy buena debido la ubicacion ser justo adelante de la calle mas ruidosa de Lloret. Yo estuve en la hab.302 con balcon a la calle principal y no tuve ningun problema para dormir. El rúido que se escuchaba era minimo durante el mes de Mayo.
• Room: 10 Perfect size, huge and confortable bed and really clean.
• Value for money: 10 its worth.
