• 清掃について: 5 Cleaning was a little strange, there was a stain on my floor that never was cleaned etc.

• 満足度は？: 5 I got the platinum at a good deal so was worth it, but the standard price is not worth it for the extra cost

• ここが気に入らなかった: The Food! In the main hall was incredibly Bland at dinner time. this was discussed with other guests. We also requested a room that got sun in the evening prior to our stay and as we arrived having paid for upgrades. This was not accommodated even though the hotel was empty and we had upgraded to all the packages and they they were shutting down all the upgraded amenities. Which we didn't try to get compensated for. There is a very big difference between the food in the premium restaurant and the large restaurant even when ordering off the menu.

• 客室について: 2.5 View terrible. Sink and toliet with no privacy also not ideal.
• 満足度は？: 2.5 It was expensive. due to the fact that all the extras paid for were being shut on a daily basis due to covid. but there was nothing to make up the loss of these.
