• 設備やサービスについて: 2.5 First room was not a double as far too small and with no wardrobe - just a few hangers in the corner
• スタッフ: 5 2 young reception staff on in the mornings were helpful. Evening reception staff very unhelpful. Dining room staff seemed miserable and did not want to help

• 客室について: 採点なし Given a slightly bigger room for 2nd & 3rd nights but still quite small and noisy and hairdryer didn't work
• 満足度は？: 2.5 Poor rooms, poor breakfast standard. Some staff were quite miserable and unhelpful. Some guests on a conference and took over most of the dining room at breakfast making it difficult for others to get to the buffet area

• ここが良かった: Professionalism of the staff; Front desk staff were pleasant, personable, helpful. Same for the wait staff in the restaurant. Rooms clean and pleasant.
• ここが気に入らなかった: That your company still has a room marked for General Queipo de LLano, known informally as the Butcher of Sevilla. This General, who was instrumental in the 1936 military insurgency that eventually overthrew a democratically elected Spanish government, was a well-known figure who publicly, on numerous radio broadcasts, called for the murder of civilians who did not support the military rebellion. His radio-broadcasted promises were certainly kept: under his command, thousands of andaluces were murdered, many without due process. I will never stay in your hotel again, because of this strange homage to such a notoriously ruthless Spanish general who unlike his victims, did have las manos manchadas de sangre.

• 満足度は？: 10 Again, my complaint is not quality of service, but insensitivity to guests who know the ugly role that Queipo de Llano played in the Spanish military insurgency of 1936. Can you imagine naming one of your rooms in 2017: "General Francisco Franco"? A room designated for Queipo de Llano is similiarly disturbing.
