• Positive: the garden, there is a small internal garden wich i actually liked from when i saw the pictures, this was what made me book this hotel. Clean bed linen, nice bed, warm in the room
• Negative: i can not say it was something that i disliked, but i think thatthe towels were not smelling fresh. They were not clean, but they could smell better. The sheets were smelling very good

• Cleanliness: 7.5 the Bath in the bathroom looked a bit old, but it was clean

• Quietness: 7.5 there were no noises in there apart from the fact that you could hear when the other neighbour were having a shower, but it was very good for the price we`ve paid
• Room: 7.5 it was big enough, clean,we had soap, shampoo, clean towels (they were not smelling fresh, but they were clean),

• Positive: Le prix - c'est très économique. The price -- it's very cheap. Près de gare du Nord et Paris Est. Close to Paris Nord and Est train stations.

• Location: 5 location is not too bad...the only thing is hard to find hotel...and other hotels in the area for some reason did not even heard of this hotel

• Quietness: 7.5 had a little bit of noise, due to construction, but not bid deal
• Room: 5 room was very unusual for me, I have never been in such old looking everything room, even bathroom did not feel very comfortable. But we decided that maybe this is a cultural thing, so we were ok
• Value for money: 5 everything is expensive in Paris but for the same money in Canada we could have got much better looking accomodation...I felt it is a bit too expensive for this kind of unit

• Positive: Location! A couple blocks from the Gare du Nord Eurostar station, near the Metro & near the L'Opentour bus stop!
• Negative: Single room was VERY small... thought my 1 year old would have enough room to sleep on the floor, but it was too small. Luckily we were traveling with grandparents, so we re-arranged the sleeping situation & it all worked out well!
