• Negative: The lack of cleanliness in the rooms, no clean bedding during the week.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 The room was cleaned only once during our stay and this was the day before we left. The standard of cleanliness was not to a high standard

• Staff: 5 Some of the reception staff whilst efficient were not receptive to guests waiting to be served

• Room: 5 The room we had was described as luxury but it was more Ikea than high end. The beds were not very comfortable and there was only one pillow each which was like sleeping on a rock, there were no extra pillows in the rooms. There were no complimentary toiletries which one would expect in a luxury apartment and even the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty when we arrived and not replenished during our stay. There was nothing to wash the pots with and only one tea towel provided during the entire stay.

• Negative: Tired run down premises and facilities. Why are vanity apartments only smart inside and not externally? How can you market this upgraded accommodation with remainder of premises being cheap and cheerful at best? Bar restaurant is a joke why three separate one hour 'Happy Hour'
