• Positif: The location was about the only thing.
• Négatif: This was a trip for my parents it was a very special trip. I had read previous reviews stating that the staff would really look after you if it was a special occasion. I e-mailed the hotel to mention this and phoned. Not even a complimentary bottle of wine was given to my parents. I specified a room with a view, I don%27t think there was even a window in the room. Breakfast is far to expensive. Shower was never cleaned or the glass around it. Glasses for rinsing your mouth out were never washed. My parents had to go and buy soap as it was never replaced. I am very disappointed with this hotel. If I were going myself I would stay somewhere else.

• Propreté: 2,5 The room service lady had to contacted twice as the room was not cleaned one day. She then had to be called to change the towels.

• Chambre: 5 Room very small, no view hardly a window.

• Propreté: 5 The cleanliness was just ok but could overlook and enjoy for some odd reason.
• Situation: 10 awesome location to walk to many places.
• Installations et services: 7,5 didn%27t eat at restaurant (19euro a head seems a bit pricey) but looked lovely.
• Personnel: 7,5 most of the staff was very nice; especially one of the men reception workers who gave us lots of good information. On our day of checkout; however, there was a women working who wasn%27t accommodating at all.......my husband had a highend bike he had with him and took to our room everynight we stayed; however, when he returned from his morning bike ride on our day of checkout, the lady wouldn%27t let him take his bike to his room and had to store near reception. Also, we were told the night prior that we could have a late check out but when we requested again the morning of our checkout, the lady again, told us no.
• Tranquillité: 7,5 first night, we were by the plaza and heard outside noise.
• Chambre: 10 first night, we were upgraded to a suite and it was lovely! Very modern rooms.
• Relation qualité-prix: 7,5 Not bad considering most decent hotels are outlandishly priced these days

• Positif: The location was just perfect. We also asked for a higher floor after reading some reviews mentioning street noise and got the top floor.
• Négatif: Nothing at all. This was a perfect vacation, and the hotel selection contributed to the overall experience awhole lot.

• Propreté: 10 Very clean, nice room, spacious, good bathroom/toilet
• Situation: 10 Perfect. In the midst of the action, top of the Rambalas, accessible to subway, taxis, and tourbus
• Installations et services: 10 Free internet is what we needed to stay in touch, dining room was good too
• Personnel: 10 very helpful and attentive. Fixed an issue with the room safe within minutes from a call.
• Tranquillité: 10 We stayed at a top floor and not much noise at all.
• Chambre: 10 Perfect for a couple. Not much more is needed. Space for multiple suitecases, hangers for clothes
• Relation qualité-prix: 10 Without the breakfast its probably one of the best options I%27ve found for a price range. The breakfast is expensive and can be cheaper outside

• Propreté: 5 there were spots on the sanitary. and one day we didni%27t get our room cleaned.
• Situation: 10 perfect for tourist
• Installations et services: 10 Somehow we got included laundry services to our check which we didn%27t use. Stuff showed us th document where was our room number and no signature. Although they didn%27t charge us for that still it was very disappointing. Also the don%27t have parking at hotel. Expect to pay more than 40 euro per night for using public parking which is just in front.
• Personnel: 10 very nice stuff!
• Tranquillité: 5 if you take a room facing Placa de Catalunia don%27t expect it to be quiet.
• Chambre: 10 We got an upgrade for a bigger room which was a nice surprise.
• Relation qualité-prix: 10 we paid 114 euro excluding VAT so it was excellent value for money I think
