• Staff: 7.5 one of the night staff checked us in,. he was efficient but there was no warmth there, no words of welcome. -just an air of indifference. all other staff members we encountered were professional and courteous.
• Quietness: 5 we think there were works outside on the road so there was a lot of noise. we were fortunately able to move to a quieter room.
