• Staff: 7.5 The night desk manager was the nicest guy. He helped with a difficult situation and was not only friendly, which is an oddity in Spain, but went out of his way to help and to soothe the situation.
• Quietness: 5 I like the sounds of the city so I was not put out by the noise at all, but I could see where other people might be upset at some of the late, late night noise.
