• Positive: Very clean and great location! The staff was very friendly and more than willing to answer with our questions. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast as it had a wonderful selection of food. The rooms were spacious and the bed very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone going to Madrid.

• Quietness: 10 We had a room overlooking the street for six nights. On only one or two occasions did we hear noise from the street below.
