• Location: 10 Excellent situation, near the most in square in Madrid
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Good, but for a small problem with the breakfast coffee service. Expresso was not available and we had to pay for it
• Staff: 10 Excellent people at reception
• Quietness: 7.5 Good, thanks to the double windows because St. Anne Sq is very noisy at night
• Room: 7.5 No catalan TV channels
• Value for money: 10 Excellent rate quality/price, other hotels with similar category and situation are far more expensive
