• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Lack of British TV channels, in other 5* hotels, ie Corales, they have BBC1, BBC2, ITV etc, not just news channels. Ltd kitchen facilities in room which is fine, but need to provide washing upo liquid so that you can keep glasses & plares clean
• Staff: 7.5 all of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would say that there is a lot of training required in the Top restaurant as some of the staff are definitely not 5* in their knowledge or skill level

• Positive: The beautyful decorated villas and the entire hotel. With special gadgets everywhere. The different lamps everywhere was one of highlights that catched my eyes.

• Staff: 7.5 The only thing which could be approved is the room service. If the ladies only could speek a little bit of englisch would help. We asked our lady several time to bring some water or to make up our room before 3pm in the afternoon but we didn't suceed. She always said yes yes but nothing happened.
• Quietness: 10 I guess the problem of noise in the villas is because of serving dinner. The more alcolhol the louder it gets. We heard complaints from other guests but didn't make this experience.
• Room: 10 beautiful rooms and a great terrasse with the possibility to swim to your villa was very great.
• Value for money: 10
