The Apartment
This is a one bedroom apartment, which sleeps three and comprises of the following accommodation :
- Bedroom
- Living Room
- Open Plan Kitchen
- Bathroom
- Private Patio
Experience
We have owned the apartment since 2007, and since then we have completed many upgrades & improvements over the years, such as “Free to use” Air conditioning in both the Living Room & Bedroom.
Quality
Unlike many owners we bought the apartment primarily as our holiday home, spending about 5 months in it each year, and as we like our luxuries the apartment is equipped with quality furnishings & goods.
Strategy
Our strategy is to provide the best apartment we can, hopefully encouraging people to return year on year. Currently the vast majority of our guests have been coming to the apartment for many years, and in some cases several times each year.
Our “extras”
To the best of our knowledge we are the only apartment to offer “free to use” air conditioning, as most apartments with air-con have coin-ops fitted.
We do ask for a €4 donation for each use of the washing machine, to cover electricity & water costs.

We ensure your comfort
Unlike most 1 bedroom apartments which allow 4 or sometimes even 5 people to stay, we have a maximum occupancy of 3 people. We offer quality over quantity.
Making your stay memorable
Many of our guests think of the apartment as their “home from Home”, and we are proud of this. We listen to what guests tell us, and several of the things we offer are as a direct result of comments from guests.
Apartment Security.
For your peace of mind and security we have fitted a full alarm system in the alarm. While very rare, the last thing you want is for your holiday to be ruined by having your valuables stolen.
Our Prices
We believe that we are the most affordable apartment in Yucca Par by a fair margin.
Prices quoted here are for 2024, and correct as of October 2023
Price per week
£430
This is based on 2 people, and is the apartment price, not per person.
This price applies to all weeks except the Christmas & New Year weeks.
The only “paid for” extras we offer are access to the apartments Wi-Fi, which is currently £10 per week and a €4 charge per use of the washing machine.
Extra cost for 3rd Person
£75
This applies at all times.
The extra charge is for the extra bedding & towels etc that the third person is supplied with.
Christmas & New Year
£700
We only take bookings of at least 2 weeks that include both Christmas & New Year.
Currently we a “regular” booking that covers this period, so it is not available for the foreseeable future.
