• 清掃について: 7.5 The accomodations were clean
• 立地条件について: 2.5 Gran Via is a long avenue, and the hostel is about 10 min by car from the Passeig de Gracia, i.e. center
• 設備やサービスについて: 2.5 Weird location (top floor in the apartment building). You have to see a concierge, whose desk is not open 24/7 to let you in. Hot water is through a small boiler in your room, which runs out very quickly (done with a 10 min shower). To get to the rooms, you need to pull your luggage up a set of stairs from the concierge office. There%27s virtually no reception (1.5 X 1.5 meters).
• スタッフ: 2.5 The concierge barely spoke any English (had to involve hand signs to get anything explained). The owner was relatively rude blaiming us for not knowing the hot water may run out (concierge should have advised us)
• 騒音について: 採点なし paper-thin walls, common narrow hall. You hear every neighbor coming in an out. And as our window was into a small courtyard, every sound echoed (dog barking). Just horrible
• 客室について: 採点なし The pictures are misleading. The room is extremely small (3 X 3 meters at most), barely any room around the bed to walk. No closet (you are given a weird hanging rack). Bathrrom is fine in size, but the water is an issue. The TV in the room was not connected.
