• ここが良かった: El trato del personal, la variedad en las comidas y sobretodo el que nos dejaran quedar hasta mas tarde el día de salida. Lo recomiendo y no me importaría repetir.

• 清掃について: 採点なし They just change towels and remade the bed, bed sheets changed after 10 days! On friday and sunday they don’t clean rooms and don’tchange towels! It’s unacceptable for a three stars hotel, they need more cleaning women!

• 客室について: 7.5 Big room with large balcony and fantastic view but broken dustbin, old towels, tv not in the bed area, poor cleaning and no toiletries in the bathroom.
• 満足度は？: 5 In this area the price we paid is convenient for the location, quantity and quality of food and large room, but we expected more cleaniness, staff at the reception more kind and more attention to details and to guests!

• ここが良かった: The staff are professional, efficient and hard working and friendly. Prasanna from the entertainment team is a diamond. He’s the reason my kids have such a good holiday and mainly why we return back to the hotel.

We were paying guests and not on all inclusive and had grouped up with other families staying on the complex and would have like the opportunity to sit and socialise over a few more drinks putting money into your till. The staff could not move us out of there quick enough.
