• ここが良かった: The team across the board were very Friendly. The small girl and the one with the 'curly' in the bar were very helpful. A/C working perfectly and well-needed! Liked the balcony to relax in the morning and evening! Nice pool and good location in between the old city and the beaches.
• ここが気に入らなかった: Small, simple details that were easy to fix. Our door jammed a bit when closing/opening. one of the lights in the bathroom was a bit down so you saw all the dust above the light and I was missing some sort of lightning once you got in the shower it was very dark. WIFI was very slow to non-existent. Even the open computer in the lobby was unable to check-in for my flight. I don't expect the fastest connection to be able to watch videos etc however downloading your email, sending a Whatsapp or checking in for your flight are basic.

• 清掃について: 7.5 Housekeeping ladies were good and tidied the room very nicely on a daily basis. On day a new set of towels was forgotten but promptly arranged by reception. One of the lights in the bathroom was hanging down a little bit so you could see all the dust above it. in the corridors the carpets were sometimes frayed, a scissor would make it look tidier.

• 設備やサービスについて: 10 Ground floor was very nicely done up. Great swimming pool- liked the depth on one side and the shallower part on the other. Nice showers and beds(few cushions were nearing their end).
• スタッフ: 10 Everyone was very helpful, polite and engaging. Also the housekeeping girls would great you when you encountered them in the corridors! At breakfast there seemed to be a bit of a lack of guidance sometimes where the buffet was half empty from time to time.
• 騒音について: 7.5 Good noise insulation from outside. You could hear an occasional door slamming on the corridor. The last two days we only heard guest above us, so I think it was more them who were making a lot of noise!
• 客室について: 7.5 Good size room with large selection of tv channels available, spacious minibar and good air conditioning. bathroom amenities were good and restocked daily. Missed a light in the shower where it was very dark. Good and firm mattress!
• 満足度は？: 7.5 I would have scored this excellent if some details were a bit better looked after. Realising it was high season the prices were higher but I think breakfast should have been included.
