• 清掃について: 10 The Rooms,Lobby,Pool,Exercise Equipment all clean! Kudos to this establishment.
• 立地条件について: 10 Perfect!!! The train is literally at the front door of this Beautiful Hotel.
• 設備やサービスについて: 10 Free Internet!! Which is great but a tab bit slow..Not complaining.
• スタッフ: 10 The staff was very professional and I enjoyed the way they go out of their way to point out places of interest on the maps and give their personal opinion on ongoing events.(i.e.broadway plays "Grease")And they also exchange your currency.
• 騒音について: 10 My wife and I was located on the third floor towards the back of the front door. And it was very quiet. Although we left early in the morning and returned lated at night around 11pm..
• 客室について: 10 the room size was acceptable, there was no view to marvel about but, the room/bathroom was Very CLEAN!! the beds well..When you are tired of shopping with your wife all day who cares we did get a good night sleep..
• 満足度は？: 10 Excellent value for the money. I will stay here again as I said the metro train is at the front door of this Hotel and the staff was very Professional and the rooms are very CLEAN!!!!!!

• ここが気に入らなかった: Staff in the breakfast room were rude and unfriendly to many guests including ourselves :( Spolied the good work done by the other friendly and efficient staff!

• 立地条件について: 10 Located in the City Centre 10 mins walk from Las Ramblas and great starting point for seeing the city and surrounds.

• スタッフ: 5 The staff at reception and the porters were some of the best we%27ve come across. Friendly, prompt and efficient. However, the staff in the breakfast room weren%27t exactly customer service orintated and not the best advert for the hotel seeing as guests meet them first in the morning!
• 騒音について: 10 Very quiet concidering it%27s location on a bust street.
• 客室について: 5 The room was large and comfortable, but did not have the feel of what you%27d normally consider 4****. Still nice though.
• 満足度は？: 5 A little pricey, but hey we were stuck for choice and the location made it worth it in the end! Great weekend had and overall the hotel was a good choice.
