• Sauberkeit: 7,5 Was clean, not excellent but clean, reception area and entrance very clean, rooms clean but hallways and corridors and the carpets in my opinion did not meet a 4 star standard looking a bit grubby.

• Personal: 5 Ok first night when we complained about room, reception was very rude,however the next day she did help to get things sorted and she was then very polite and helpful, but unfortunately we had a bad experience with one of the staff when they bought our room service up, they messed up first order left a coffee up, we paid what they told us it was going to be on phone, we immediately called down to say they he missed one, they sent it up then Wanted us to pay again, she would not wait when I asked her to so I could call down to sort the problem as I had said we had ordered it first time round and paid, extremely argumentative, very rude and refused to wait snatched coffee and took it, called down then the coffee re appeared. This shouldn't have happened I also explained that minimum spend stated 6 euros in the book in room, they insisted and argue it is 10 euros, so books need to be changed so this doesn't happen to another guest. When we have the information printed in front of you like this room is the only room guaranteed a sea view, and minimum spend is 6 euros, staff should not argue with guests that they are incorrect.

• Zimmer: 7,5 Was disappointed in first room on level one, this should not be sold as a sea view room when you have paid the upgraded price, was only so much of a glimpse, they did however move us to level 5 after 2 nights which had such a better view, if we had received this from the start it would have been a 5 star.
• Preis-Leistungs: 7,5 In the end yes but I didn't feel we did for the first 2 nights as we was extremely disappointed with the view from our room

• Positiv: El personal del hotel es muy amable. Los camareros del restaurante tambien.
• Negativ: Estuve en el año 2010 en el Belroy, y me a gustado mucho todo, por esto volví. El hotel a perdido mucho, ahora parece de tres estrellas. Las paredes del habitación deberían de pintar.La limpieza de habitación es regular. Wifi va mal. El grifo del bidé roto. Y esto que estábamos en un habitación superior.....
