• Positivo: The shuttle service: Their shuttle bus service was convenient because my flight was 6am and I had to leave the hotel around 5am.
• Negativo: The building and facility: This hotel is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but it is old. If you spend the same amount of money you can get a lot nicer 4 star hotel in the city. I booked this hotel because I wanted use their "business center" and "sauna." but when I arrived and asked both were out of order.

• Limpieza: 2,5 The building is old.
• Situación: 7,5 It is about 2km away from the Airport. But if you take a can from the airport the minimum charge is 20 euros. If you want to save some money please make sure you call the hotel for the shuttle service though it takes about 30 minutes to get it.
• Instalaciones y servicios: Sin puntuar Their "business center" which has only one Mac and one printer were broken. I was hoping to use the printer but I could not. Their "sauna" was also out of order.
• Personal: 2,5 I went to the front desk to book the sauna and he told me that the sauna would be ready in 30 minutes. Then i went downstairs to relax in a sauna and saw the piece of paper there " Out of Order". The man at the front desk did not even bother to call me to explain the situation. Also, i asked him for morning-call and later I checked with him to confirm my morning call and shuttle bus time next morning. Both times he wrote down were wrong and he insisted that I was wrong. Anyway, I am glad I reconfirmed.

• Habitación: 2,5 Old. Very simple.
• Relación calidad/precio: 2,5 You can get a nicer room in the city for what you pay for this hotel. I have stayed in 4 different hotels during my stay in Barcelona but this place is the worst. You should not expect that this hotel is a 4 star hotel but a motel close to the Airport. If you do not have to fly early in the morning you should get your accommodation in the city.

• Positivo: The price was very good and the hotel was superb. Very nice desk persons and they spoke English at a very high level.
• Negativo: I travel to Girona frequently on business. I only use airport hotels on my final night in Catalunya. This way I can be sure not to miss my early morning flight to the USA and not worry about Barcelona morning traffic. But, my thoughts of keeping my car at the hotel for the night and then returning it in the morning were dashed when I was simply unable to find this hotel. It is very difficult to find this hotel in your rental car. I eventually decided to turn in the car then take a taxi to the hotel. Then I rode the free of charge hotel shuttle bus to the airport the next morning to catch my return flight.

• Personal: 10 Superb English and very nice people. The restaurant is excellent as well. Only that it doesn't open until 8:30 p.m. which is late for many people who are not of the Spain culture as well as needing to turn in for the night to catch an early flight.
• Tranquilidad: 7,5 A little bit of traffic noise as the hotel is next to the entrance into the Zona Franca

• Relación calidad/precio: 10 Half the price of the Hotel Tryp and really the same quality.
