Built on original foundations dating back to the early 18th century, this elegant hotel and restaurant is situated in the Medieval town of Spongano, in the south of Apulia. The hotel blends with the historic surroundings of the village but provides at the same time modern and functional accommodations, provided with a private balcony or adjacent to the sun terrace. The Copini restaurant extends into the garden and offers a buffet-style continental breakfast. The main lunch and dinner menu features new interpretations of traditional Mediterranean cuisine, using locally-grown produce. You can also enjoy cocktails or aperitifs underneath an airy and cool gazebo. The hotel has 7 double rooms and 2 family rooms with private balconies. All are en suite.
