• Lage: 10 The location is just perfect. Close to the beach and city center. El Born is a great area with lots of nice restaurants and shops.

• Personal: 10 Staff was very friendly.
• Ruhe: 10 Even though we had a room at a busy street, it was very quiet.
• Zimmer: 10 Room was good and spacious. Two balconies which was very nice.
• Preis-Leistungs: 7,5 I found the room quite expensive but I was late booking accommodation

• Negativ: Breakfast => a bit too "basic" quality for a 4 star hotel; fruit juices in the machine are not tasty, sweet proposal a bit too limited, jam seems coming from a 2 stars hotel. Need of a "real" varied fresh fruit offer.

• Zimmer: 5 Poor quality toiletries. Tea and coffee would be a nice touch in the room. Also the shower/bath would be difficult to get into if you were not very flexible. Though our room was quiet - which we requested - the view was disappointing as we overlooked an internal courtyard which meant there was not much natural light.
