• 立地条件について: 10 Not far from the family beach and only a short distance from the main town Salou.
• 設備やサービスについて: 10 There is lots to do in the hotel and it is very good for familys and activitys for the young kids.

• 客室について: 10 Very spacious rooms very comy big balconys and your not all cramed together, not much to do in there cause its all happeninng outside.

• ここが気に入らなかった: Kris the rep who did not fax our tickets for barcelona and when the other rep asked him to say sorry he laughed and walked away

• 清掃について: 10 The hotel was very well kept and clean. The cleaners were very friendly were always there to help you.
• 立地条件について: 10 The hotel was not near to the beaches it was a 10 min walk to the small beach a a lovely site seeing mini train ride to the big beach other than that the hotel was very near to portaventura you could see the rides from the roof of the hotel ow and make sure you go to portaventura at night to see the fireworks there are short lines for rides and in the day they are two hours long.
• 設備やサービスについて: 10 The hotel has two amazing adult pool and two fun kids pool plus a hot tub which is cold in the pool plus a heated one on the roof of the small block which costs money. a great kids club which looks fun fun fun and fab entataiment.
• スタッフ: 7.5 Most of the staff are really friendly and you dont need to worry about tranlating they all speak englis. But we had trouble about going to barcelona because one of the reps never faxed our tickets so we nearly didnt go , if you do go to barcelona make sure you go and see the fountains they are great.
• 騒音について: 7.5 The entataiment does not finish until 12.20 but you dont care because you will not go up to your room because it is great for all ages the apple bar closes at 2.00 but you can not hear it from your rooms other than that it is quite quiet.
• 客室について: 7.5 The rooms are great and the beds are nice. Make sure you get the bed next to the window cause you can see the other part of the hotel the rooms are sutaible size and sitable bathroom area.
• 満足度は？: 7.5 If you go to the portaventura theme park at night you get your moneys worth and you do not have to wait to get in to the park if you book tickets from the reps desk you are a guest relation so you dont have to wait barcelone was good but you did not get much time there and the water park is really cheep so make sure you go there it is so much fun.

• ここが気に入らなかった: Todo. Las habitaciones son pequeñisimas y la limpieza deja todo por desear. La comida es horrorosa, lo unico que comi en esos dias fueron Cornflakes. La playa esta bastante lejos y por las noches casi no se podia dormir por el ruido de las animaciones y los borrachos que gritaban por el patio o en las habitaciones. No lo aconsejo a nadie.
