• Positif: We arrived heading into a busy weekend and Iria was at the desk. She was so helpful and genuinely cared about us. She was so friendly. She helped us with our bags (storage till the room was ready). We also needed our flight papers printed and she did that. She helped us to explore the city with her own personal insights. This hotel is lucky to have her. Oh. The room was great and central. Very modern and spacious. A great hotel right in the heart of town. We didnt have a car

• Propreté: 10 Everyting was clean and neat
• Situation: 10 Just across the road from the central market. Restaraunts everywhere. The perfect position
• Installations et services: 10 There was a spa on site but i didnt use it. I also didnt use the breakfast facilities
• Personnel: 10 Iria went out of her way to make us feel special. Surely it would be hard to do that for everyone. She sure is a diamond. All the others were very friendly to.
• Tranquillité: 10 Double glazed windows lock out the noise from the street. A quiet nights sleep with no noise interuption
• Chambre: 10 Fantastic spacious room with kitchette, dinning table, kettle, fridge. Very comfortable sofa. Large comfortable bed.
• Relation qualité-prix: 10 In spades. The price was great. However the third night was on a grand prix weekend and the price went up too much for us to afford. We had to move out of town to cheaper accomodation. Every hotel jacked up their prices on that weekend.
