While staying at this truly elegant hotel, you can discover more about its heritage in its first-floor museum, under the patronage of UNESCO. The comfortable and spacious guest rooms and suites are housed in the Papal Villa, farmhouse and ancient stables. The Relais La Suvera successfully combines the old with the new, maintaining its authentic architecture and adding a wide range of modern facilities. You can relax in the fitness centre and spa, take a dip in the heated swimming pool or have a game of tennis on the courts. In the evening dine at the restaurant, housed in an 18th-century olive oil mill, and specialising in traditional Tuscan and Italian recipes.
