• 清掃について: 10 The cleaners literally clean every little nook and cranny.
• 立地条件について: 10 We love the location of this hotel. It's a little walk from the beach but near lots of busy bars and clubs. It's just along from the main hustle and bustle so doesn't get all the noise. Supermarket and ribs restaurant just over the road too. Perfect for us.
• 設備やサービスについて: 7.5 Pool is a little small but then so is the hotel so not too much of a problem. Restaurant food is varied and always of a great standard. Gym for those who like to punish themselves while on holidays. Purple room is a lovely quiet area with tv's if you're feeling a bit unsociable. Overall pretty much everything you might need.
• スタッフ: 10 Well what can I say. We are returning customers and it's like home from home. On arrival we were greeted with a big smile and greeting 'you are back'. Such lovely people. They see thousands of people every year but still recognise us even though we only go once a year. Amazing 😄
• 騒音について: 10 We always have a room with large double bed, all of these rooms are next to the lifts but we don't find them to be a problem. Most guests are considerate and keep noise to a minimum. The music at the front of hotel below the room finishes at around midnight so again no problem and the windows block out most of it when closed anyway.
• 客室について: 10 Rooms are reasonable size, cleaned and maintained to a high standard, good wardrobe space and mirrors. Very comfortable bed and it's unusual for me to say that as I'm used to sleeping on a water bed for the last 30+ years and really struggle to sleep while away from home. Good hairdryer in bathroom and shower with power jets in the double bed rooms. (Passion rooms).
• 満足度は？: 10 We go full board as the difference price wise between half and full board is very small so nice to go for lunch if we are around at lunchtime or didn't make it to breakfast!
