• ここが良かった: The rooms were clean and well presented. The public areas were also well presented and the staff were attentive.
• ここが気に入らなかった: The changes in the hotel since we stayed for out honeymoon ten years ago. The extra costs involved in staying that I was not aware of at the time of booking. Also getting food poisoning from the salmon at breakfast on our last morning was not great and it has taken four days on a minimal diet to recover.

• 清掃について: 7.5 Some areas are in need of repair (light switches loose etc..) but the cleanliness could not be faulted.

• 設備やサービスについて: 5 Bar can be slow. Took 20 mins to get two drinks. Not a problem when there is no-one else waiting but once others began to queue it felt awkward.
• スタッフ: 10 With the one exception of the drinks mentioned above I can not fault the staff. I informed reception that I was having a problem getting the air conditioning to work and someone came to the room immediately to rectify the problem. The receptionist had already offered a solution in case it was a fault that could not be sorted but this was unnecessary as the problem was with us operating it.

• 満足度は？: 7.5 We visited the hotel for our honeymoon and was excited to take our children back to Barcelona and even more so to show them where we had stayed. I was disappointed in the extra cost that the Spa charged after paying over 600 Eruos for two nights I would have expected a more discounted rate. We paid to use the facilities once due to the fact that it was one of the reasons for booking the hotel in the first place. However with three children it was not financially possible to visit again. The roof facilities where not there when we first visited to it was exciting to see these. The pool was not impressive and the pictures of it are very deceptive. It is tiny. I was also not very happy to find that as a paying customer I was also expected to pay 15 Euros per day to use the car park. This should have been made clear. I was aware that parking was a available at the hotel and that there were a limited number of spaced but was not informed about the amount it would cost to use the car park.
