• Positive: The hotel is in a very good location. We returned for a second visit (stayed October 2018).
• Negative: The room (three single beds) allocated on this occasion was extremely noisy (Room 236). Had a disturbed sleep every night of stay (beside stairs and at start of corridor). One one occasion towels only left for two people. On another occasion no milk was left. Also the maid had obviously dropped a cup on the tiled floor and not cleaned up well. All three of us in the room stood on a shard of porcelain in our bare feet. Our booking also stated we would receive a welcome drink upon arrival.....we did not receive this nor was it even mentioned.

• Quietness: Not rated Very noisy room (236). Three of us in room and all of us had disturbed sleep for the whole of our stay. Room very dark and looked out onto laundry rooms.
