The hotel, originally a stately, manor house and is just steps from the stunning bay, Punta Negra with its Caribbean blue waters and in a peaceful, countryside location. Converted into a hotel in the 1950’s, in 2003 the property was bought by the Marti Roig company and has been meticulously renovated into a stylish and relaxing hotel yet still preserves much of its original charm. The exceptional surroundings of the hotel provides guests with a haven of almost unknown peace, beautiful countryside and moreover, besides the sea. From the bay you will find an enticing path that leads directly to Denia and thus, invites you to take a relaxing stroll. Completely remodeled in 2006, the rooms feature either a sea or mountain view and a number include a jacuzzi.

  • Positive: The bedroom was nice and comfortable and clean, lovely pool, could have had a few more umbrellas at the end of pool where you would get into pool instead of lots of tables and chairs to have some more shade,
  • Negative: The breakfast food being left uncovered. We saw some insects fly on to cooked meats. Only TV channels in English were News, Disney and a programme called Max but this was not too much of a problem. One very worrying thing was interconnecting door to the next door bedroom had no means of locking it. We have never stayed anywhere where someone next door could have gained access to our room NOT MUCH POINT IN HAVING SECURITY PASSES TO GET INTO THE BEDROOM IN THE FIRST PLACE. We had though of complaining to the Head Office when we realised this.
