The hotel, originally a stately, manor house and is just steps from the stunning bay, Punta Negra with its Caribbean blue waters and in a peaceful, countryside location. Converted into a hotel in the 1950’s, in 2003 the property was bought by the Marti Roig company and has been meticulously renovated into a stylish and relaxing hotel yet still preserves much of its original charm. The exceptional surroundings of the hotel provides guests with a haven of almost unknown peace, beautiful countryside and moreover, besides the sea. From the bay you will find an enticing path that leads directly to Denia and thus, invites you to take a relaxing stroll. Completely remodeled in 2006, the rooms feature either a sea or mountain view and a number include a jacuzzi.

  • Negative: Sie haben uns ein "superior" Zimmer gegeben - das war zwar nett gedacht, das Zimmer war leider nur über Treppen erreichbar. Was aber uns sehr viel mehr gestört hat: die Karte für das Licht und den Fernsehen (Strom) ging nicht und trotz mehr maligem Nachfragen ist nichts passiert (blöd, wenn im Bad das Licht ausgeht und das Fernsehprogramm ständig unterbrochen wird). Auch die Minibar ging nicht (warme Getränke), auch die Preisliste wurde leider nicht wie versprochen nochmals ausgedruckt (war im Zimmer nicht auffindbar). TV: wenige Programme; Fernbedienung nur mit Verzögerung. Vor dem "Notausgang" des Zimmers 14 tropfte es dauernd - auch dieser Info wurde nicht nachgegangen (zum Parkplatz durch Pfützen und Tropfen", auf der Terrasse war es auch nass). Trotz der Info "wir benutzen Handtücher nochmals" haben wir immer neue bekommen und eines war noch - trotz neu - sehr feucht. Für den Lärm der Boda konnten Sie wohl nichts, war trotzdem ärgerlich: also: dieser Aufenthalt war preis/leistungsmässig für und nicht in Ordnung! Was mich am meisten gestört hat: beim Auschecken haben wir die Themen nochmals angesprochen, aber die Reaktion des Rezeptionspersonals war gleich Null... sehr schade!!
