• Staff: 7.5 The receptionist late in the evening was not very obliging and only fulfilled my request when I pointed out we'd stayed there 3 times in 15 months and had no problem with the same request on both previous visits. This was to cancel breakfast for our last morning and have the price deducted off our bill.
