• Positive: El tener el contenido de la nevera de la habitación gratis. Conexión a internet inalámbrica sin ningún problema en la habitación.
• Negative: El hotel empieza a notar el paso del tiempo. Algunos detalles muy menores, como pequeñas grietas, peldaños que necesitarían una mano de barnizado se podrían corregir facilmente. Es simplemente una cuestión de realizar un pequeño mantenimiento en el hotel, detalles muy menores pero que se notan.

• Quietness: 10 Rodeado por un lado por la calle Preciados, ahora peatonal en el tramo del hotel y con otra con muy poco tráfico en la zona centro de Madrid. Cerca de todo y sin un solo ruido.
• Room: 7.5 Las habitaciones estándar van un poco justas de espacio para mi gusto, pero hay que tener en cuenta que es un edificio antiguo restaurado en el centro de Madrid.
• Value for money: 7.5 Todos los hoteles son caros en esta zona.

• Positive: La ubicacion. Muy centrico para ir de compras, teatro, musicales... La habitacion que era exterior con balcon muy bien aislada con doble acristalamiento y al dar a una calle peatonal no se escuchaba ningun ruido.

• Positive: the location of the hotel and the comfort of the room which was of a good size, modern furniture and very clean. I also like to point out the excellent service provided by the lady in the breakfast room.
• Negative: that not every receptionist was fluent in english and i believe that if you work in the tourism industry speaking fluent english is a must
