• Room: 2.5 First floor junior suite and could not open curtains of the 6 windows in our room since we were basically exposed to the street and office buildings, reservation was made 3 months ago yet they could not give us a better room.

• Positive: Central location, safe area and all top sites within walking distance. Reception staff very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable with free mini bar. Breakfasts were superb. We will definitely stay at Hotel Preciados again when we return to Madrid.

• Positive: Everything. The hotel is in an excellent location if you want to see Sol or Gran Via but it is quiet. The staff is honest and considerate (one of the housekeepers even found my daughter's ring and they put it with our stored luggage! Go Lester!) The size of the rooms varies but they are exceptionally well kept with a great use of space.

• Positive: The amazing staff. Everyone was so helpful and considerate. From the front desk to housekeeping, they made us feel welcomed and valued. My next favorite thing would have to be the rooms. The use os space was clean and imaginative. I couldn't believe a hotel in this location was so quiet and serene.
