• Cleanliness: 10 The maids cleaned incessantly, and the bathrooms and showers always smelled fresh.
• Location: 7.5 Only a 10 minute walk from La Rambla.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Only 1 of the 3 computers were working when I was there, and my stay was 3 days long.

• Quietness: 2.5 The halls echoed a lot, and during the middle of the night you could hear anyone coming in while you are trying to sleep.
