• Quietness: 7.5 given the central location, noise was not a problem
• Room: 5 no kettle or bottle opener in the kitchen in the family room! Clean and fresh bedding and amenities etc but pretty basic. Sofa bed not the most comfortable....
• Value for money: 7.5 Overall great choice for a city break, central location, decent room at a good price

• Location: 10 Muy céntrico, a pocos pasos de la Puerta del Sol.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Los platos y los cubiertos estaban muy sucios. Las tuberías hacían ruidos. Hay que pagar 1€ por meter algo en la caja de seguridad. Por lo demás todo bien.

• Quietness: 5 Se escuchaba a los vecinos como si estuvieran en la misma habitación.
• Room: 7.5 Todas las ventanas de algunas habitaciones (entre ellas, la mía) dan a patios interiores, por lo que no hay vistas desde ninguna de las ventanas.
