  • Positive: Spacious, inexpensive and the people at the front desk. Also liked the quality of the windows that properly isolated the outside sound and temperature.
  • Negative: . No individual pillows . blanket on sofa-bed was too small . Not enough hot water for 2-3 showers . In apartment 503, there was a compressor noise all through the night (our AC was off). Must have been from the apartment below (403???). . Needs to be repainted, looks dirty. . Doors made so much noise. Please oil the hinges . No dust pan on apartment 503

  • Staff: 10 Very good, but people in the hospitality industry should speak English. I was very surprised when the young men that was at the front desk said he did not know how to speak English. He was great otherwise bringing us extra pillows and attending to our other needs

I regret what happened with the night noise of one of Air Conditioning customers, unfortunately we could not do anything to solve it, we can not force the customer to turn off your device ... Regarding the hot water, the apartments have a heat capacity of 500 liters, and indeed there is insufficient capacity for 2-3 persons with shower tap running constantly. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Although not all the staff speak English perfectly, and I hope certify prune, try to understand to solve any problems or questions you have during your stay.
