• Positive: The whole holiday was absolutely perfect. This is my 6th time going and I will be coming back.
• Negative: I think the AI picnics for the beach could be better and better ice cream for the children at the pool bar.

• Cleanliness: 10 Rooms were absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean and bed were very comfy
• Location: 5 Hotel is at top of a hill but the free bus to the beach and local bus stops is very convenient
• Common facilities and services: 10 Flat screen TVs in all room with English channels
• Staff: 10 The staff were very friendly and lovely people and always had time for people.
• Quietness: 10 Was just common noise e.g kids playing and people having fun
• Room: 10 Rooms were fantastic and couldn't ask for anything better the room sizes are great and the rooms are gorgeous and very well looked after
• Value for money: 10 We got more than what we paid for the food is amazing and loads to choose from the hotel is well looked after

• Negative: la obsesesion del personal de comedor en retirar la vajilla y el menaje casi sin terminar de comer,me da la sensacion que lo tienen por norma y no desayunas o cenas a gusto. la variedad del buffet deja mucho que desear para un 4 estrellas. estuvimos hace 3 meses en un hotel 3 estrellas en son bou y la oferta y variedad del buffet era muy superior y en cuanto a postres era abismal.

• Positive: En lineas generales todo el hotel. A pesar de que en algunos aspectos no merece la valoración de 4 estrellas (variedad del buffet, no hay nevera-bar en habitaciones, habitaciones no demasiado nuevas), no hay ningún punto en el que se pueda decir que el hotel no funcione bien.
• Negative: El día de entrada, a pesar de haber avisado previamente de que nuestra llegada sería sobre las 12 de la mañana, no tuvimos nuestra habitación disponible hasta las 3 de la tarde.
